How we scope an engagement
Every engagement starts with a scoping call, not a sales deck. We tell you honestly whether the idea is worth a Sprint, an Embedded build, or if it's too early for either.
Sprint
Two weeks, one question answered: is this worth building? You get a working prototype and a clear recommendation, not a slide deck.
Embedded
Four to twelve weeks. We join your team and ship a production system alongside your engineers — you own the code from day one.
Retainer
Ongoing. Once something is shipped, we stay on to operate, monitor, and improve it, or hand off clean documentation so your team can run it solo.
